Returns, Refunds & Warranty – Velia

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in accordance with our return instructions.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@velia.com (or your official Velia support email) and include your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Refused Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery (except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part):

  • Outbound and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Only the product price will be refunded.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Warranty

If your product is defective, please contact us and we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
